The airport is pretty far from the city (about 40 km) so a taxi to the city centre will cost you almost 50$. There are also some other kinds of taxis, 'cooperative' taxis which have fixed prices to different parts of the city. Or you can choose the cheaper version and take the bus: the normal one (Unir) from the far end of the parking (it's gonna take you to the rodoviaria) or the executivo bus from the exit (more expensive).
