I don't know if is the best option or not, but I am sure is the cheapest option if you go at Chez Michou bar in Buzios, a open-air bar with videos and music, serving pancakes and cold beer . I felt good here, I enjoyed the atmosphere, you would like it. The spot is in Centro, on R das Pedras 90.
