Yes, because the wind is pretty good here, there are many beaches around Ceara that are perfect for windsurfing. I know that you can rent the equipment from some of the most frequented beaches like Porto das Dunas. You can also try the Windclub (Av Baira Mar) in the city, which also have lessons available.
