arnold in response to elena's question: People say Museu Imperial from Petropolis it's woth seeing. What's so great about it? And how can I get there?(give a different answer) .
What i liked the most when visiting this museum was a kind of separate buiding called Salao das Viaturas with all kind of vehicles. Among them i saw an old locomotive, Leopoldina which ran between Petropolis and Rio during 1883-1964. The museum is on R da Imperatriz 220, open from Tuesday to Sunday, 12-17, and the ticket costs $3.
