The Copacabana Palace Hotel in Rio de Janeiro

Posted 1 year ago by adonis in response to avatar claire's question: What facilities does the legendary Copacabana hotel in Rio de Janeiro have? (give a different answer) .

Well, there's an Olympic-sized pool and marble floors so shiny that you feel embarrassed to walk on them, a daily tea service that was invested with a cultural meaning and views over the Copacabana beach. The walls are decorated with sepia photos of the celebrities that signed the Golden Book since 1923, when the hotel was born (here is the shooting place of Flying Down to Rio, with Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers), and rooms start from 355$.
