Where can I watch a sports race?(give a different answer) .
I used to go and see a horse race at Joquei Clube- that's up in Jardim Botanico. The racetrack is one of the best in the country with a great view of the mountains and Corcovado. tourists are invited to stay in the members' area, which has a bar overlooking the track. Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are race days. Joquei Clube also hosts the Brazilian Grand Prix in August.
