That is definitely the large cultural center in Centro area of Rio: Teatro Do Centro Cultural Banco Do Brasil, located on Rua Primeiro de Marco 66. It has two stages and a cinema, hosting film, dance and musical events combined with present exhibits. For example at the opening of the African art exhibition, musicians from Cameron were invited to perform along with film screenings from the African Diaspora.
