You should definitely eat at Azul Marinho on Av Francisco Bhering, at Praia do Arpoador, Ipanema. It is just below Hotel Arpoador and it has the greatest beach side setting in Rio- right on the sand with the blue ocean up front, there is no traffic to disturb a good meal. The restaurant serves a wide range of fresh sea food dishes- try the shrimp in pumpkin sauce and the lobster fillet with hearts of palm. The prices are so-and-so: 30 to 36 US dollars for a main course.
