Rio de Janeiro, Zaza Bistro Tropical

My favourite eating place is Zaza Bistro Tropical on Rua Joana Angelica 40, Ipanema. It has a stylish French-colonial decor and aromatic inventive dishes with Thai influences. Expect combinations like pumpkin-and chestnut risotto or sesame-battered tuna with wasabi cream. Upstairs it is a diners lounge with trow pillows and candles on the floor. The porch outside is a good place to dine too. Prices are reasonably high: 14 to 22 US dollars. It is opened for dinner and late meals: 7.30 pm till midnight, Sunday to Wednesday or even till 1.30 am on Friday and Saturday nights.
