You have to go to Santos Dumont airport, which is on Guanabara Bay and which operates only domestic flights. You can catch a shuttle flight there, which is 150$ one way (300$ return). The shuttles go every 30 minutes from 6.30 to 22.30. You should book in advance just to be sure.
