The Maria Mata Mouro restaurant should be the answer to you question, and when I say that I mean excellent service, relaxing atmosphere, a quiet corner in Pelourinho, good prices for tasty food, mains didn't cost me more then 15 US$. If you are really hungry just check the restaurant at this address Rua Inacio Accioli 8.
