Well, if you will visit Salvador I am sure you will visit the Historical Centre as well. Here are some churches, but one of them impressed me more than the other ones, and that is The Church of the Dominican Third Order, in Brazilian Ordem Terceira de Sao Domingos. It has a beautiful painted wooden ceiling and fine tiles, open for visits from 7 am to 11 am, Monday to Saturday.
