In Centro Historico, at Laderia do Carmo 16 there is a place called Novo Tempo where I used to come sometimes to check out my e-mails. There is also Internet Cafe at Av Sete de Setembro 3713 and a place named Standard Internet at Ladeira do Passo 1, at first floor, charging about 5 US$ per hour.
