There are 2 main metro lines in Sao Paulo, which run from 5 am till 12pm. The ticket is 0.80$ one-way and 1.35$ for a double ticket. If you're going to use it a lot, you can buy a set of 10 tickets for 6.5$. And you can also combine metro and bus tickets.
