Is there any bus service departing from Sao Paolo to Rio or other destinations?(give a different answer) .
The main rodovaria is Tiete, which handles buses that run within the Sao Paulo state, all state capitals and international buses. A trip to Rio takes 6 hours and costs about 12 $, every 30 min a bus departs to Rio. You can also leave your luggage there for 0,80 $ per day per item.
